Schools and ministries working with children and young people must protect them from harm.
This requires actively implementing child safeguarding measures to create environments free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Establishing and adhering to strong safeguarding policies and procedures helps organisations prevent harm, recognize risks, and respond effectively if harm occurs.
The Salt Compliance program is an online learning module from the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney to help you better understand safeguarding.
